16NSt curatorial collective has been committed to power redistribution in the contemporary arts sector since 2016, with particular attention to female-identifying, queer and class-marginalised artists. We aim to challenge the sector-wide gender and class disparities in contemporary art discourses, labour conditions, professional opportunities, and cultural narratives. We support early career artists to develop and produce their first large-scale commissioned body of work for exhibitions. We foster ambitious, experimental, and critical artistic practice by curating publications, socially engaged workshops and art projects, and high-quality installations.

Co-Organiser, "Ethical Engagements" PhD Researcher Training Series
Role: Co-organiser, Facilitator
Developed and facilitated PhD researcher training event series on the theme of "Ethical Engagements" in community-based research with group of PhD researchers across three SGSAH HEIs. Lead organiser for 'Practicising Ethics' for Community-Engaged Research event, a PhD researcher training event delivered by Dr. Jane Rendell, Dr. David Roberts and Dr. Yael Padan (Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL), consisting of lectures and an interactive workshop session delving into the ethics of community-engaged built environment research by sharing the 'Practising Ethics' open access project for built environment researchers and practitioners.

Curated and facilitated workshop on feminist histories of collage poetry, from Modernist poetry to expanded fields in contemporary practice, with 16NSt resident artists Hannan Jones and Gabrielle Lockwood Jones for "Rupture: Rapture, Womxn in Collage" Scotland's first survey exhibition of contemporary womxn's collage

Dual Role: Director of Development & Digital Engagement
Successfully launched the first digital publication of Artillery magazine (after 15 years in-print) by leading a comprehensive digital marketing strategy from conception to delivery, resulting in new advertising revenue streams and increased target audience engagement.
Liaised with editorial team to plan and curate digital marketing campaigns to better reach magazine’s audience of over 30k readers across Los Angeles across social media platforms reaching over 27k followers, weekly e-mail newsletters using Constant Contact, and on the Wordpress website, effectively increasing social media engagement by 25% respectively.

Launched new, digital weekly review segment 'OutsideLA' to publish bi-weekly coverage of international exhibitions for Artillery online.
